TUBBATAHA

The Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park, located in the Sulu Sea off the coast of Palawan, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Philippines' premier diving destinations. This protected marine sanctuary spans over 97,000 hectares and consists of two atolls, North and South, along with the smaller Jessie Beazley Reef.

Tubbataha is renowned for its rich biodiversity, hosting over 600 species of fish, 360 species of coral, sharks, sea turtles, dolphins, and seabirds. It is part of the Coral Triangle Ahe global epicenter of maine biodiversity. Aceessible only via liveaböard dive boats during the diving; season (March to June), it offers pristine waters, dramatic underwater walls, and vibrant coral gardens, making haven for marine enthusiasts and conservationists.
